Vetoed February 15, 1921. The veto message was laid before the House and referred to the Committee on Indian Affairs (60 Cong. Rec. 3227). The House overrode the veto on February 24, 1921 by a vote of 323 yeas to 18 nays (60 Cong. Rec. 3791). The Senate overrode the veto on March 2, 1921 by a vote of 67 yeas to 5 nays (60 Cong. Rec. 4222).
